      I have a Bosch WFG2820 washing machine. The softener tray doesn't empty. Can you suggest a likely cause and do you stock any parts needed to fix problem. thanks

        Hi JSpanner, if water isn't making it from the detergent dispenser to the drum, it could be that there's a blockage in the dispenser itself, the fill hose or dispenser hose. Check all these parts for blockages or lint build up and remove where necessary. Check out this video to see how a washing machine works.
