My Oven stays at low flame and does not ramp up to full flame ...so not reaching temperature...Is this a faulty thermostat?

Check if the oven has an FSD fitted as it allows the flame to rise on most ovens, you will need a gas safe technician to fit a part that has to break a gas joint as it has to be leaked tested after fitting.
