I have purchased a paddle for a hoover washing machine HNF 7167-80

I am having trouble getting the old paddle out. Most of your videos show the paddle being slid either forwards or backwards. This part says "you may need an allen key" but then you have torks screws for the same model - associated with this item. Where is the screw? Is there a screw? Your Live Chat wasn't very helpful I'm afraid.

The paddles are fixed in place with the sliding clips and a stainless screw. You can access the screw by removing the sump hose and using blue tac to hold it onto the torq head screw driver.
