      I have a belling gas hob. Problem, a spark is generated to one of the burners every few seconds without turning the gas on. Is this a problem with the generator?

        The problem is more likely to be caused by a spillage on that electrode or a faulty electrode. Try swapping one over before suspecting the generator.
