had a new belt for my washing machine from you but still comes of pulley secure how do you know if the pulley is worn. 1 Answer

There should be no movement from the pulley from side to side and the belt should be tight enough to not slip when starting a spin. This can happen if the bearings are also worn and allow the drum to tilt the pulley.

There is no specific part - the belt is simply held on by friction and tension. If the belt is coming off, check that the pulley is not loose.
