Error code F11 refers to the wash pump motor has failed.

Answer this question

Daughter did place a bowl of home made slime in dishwasher, which may have caused this - but all ingredients were food/soap based. I've tried running it with drain pipe outside and it seems a good pressure when draining, but still goes to fail mode. Checked the anti flood and this seems ok, next stop pump?

It is likely that the slime is blocking the dishwasher, check the pump first and the surrounding hoses for any blockage.

Answer this question

Hi, the drain pump on our dishwasher runs (hums) and when I dismantled the pump and drain pipe it worked ok before failing again... the lights indicate that the pump is either failing or timing out. Would it be a case of replacing the pump or something else? Does the pump contain a sensor as well? Thanks!
