Hi,it seems that the fan is not working because we cannot hear it any more, we have had to turn the fridge to max to keep it cold. It seems that there is more than one fan, would you know which one this would be if there is more than one that could be causing this problem. Thanks

    You will need to check in the freezer section to see if it has defrosted if the heater has failed it will block and stop airflow going into the fridge.

    The only difficult part of this repair is getting the cover off. Make sure it is well defrosted before starting as the plastic can be brittle when cold.
