Excellent service and delivery. I ordered a replacement element for my oven which arrived as promised the next day. It turned out that the element was not the issue so I sent back for a refund. Couldn’t have had a worst experience…
Couldn’t have had a worst experience with this company.
Ordered item which showed in stock to then receive my order confirmation advising they expect to deliver 7 days later.
When chased up I’m told my order has been cancelled and then not cancelled to then receive email confirmation this morning of cancellation and a refund.
Would steer clear of this company as no phone number to speak to anybody at the company and the email responses aren’t accurate.
