        We believe that the door seal is usually slotted into the fridge door liner, check the door first and depending on the model details it may vary.

      Website entry incorrect
      The bulb received was exactly the same as shown on the website - no problems there. When I opened the microwave cover, it became clear that the bulb required had a completely different fitment to the one that was sent. Encouraged to find that eSpares has an easy returns procedure. It will be interesting to see if the website is changed when the error is recognised.

      Frustrating waste of time
      I paid a lot of money for urgent next day delivery, but my item did not arrive. I tried to contact espares, but they don't provide phone support and their 'online chat' wasn't working, so I emailed. My automatic email reply said I could wait 72+hours for a proper response. I tried to deal with the courier instead, however they would only take instruction from their customer - who was espares. Espares actually responded to my second email, where I asked them to cancel the delivery and refund in full, which they agreed. They confirmed that the item had been received by them, but I now have to chase the refund, as that's not arrived either. A frustrating experience and a total waste of my time.

      Needed some replacement parts for our Dyson vacuum cleaner. Website is super easy to navigate and specific items simple to identify. Delivery was fast, accurate and very well packaged to avoid any transit damage. Pricing seemed very reasonable, offering alternatives of original manufacturer or aftermarket. Opted for aftermarket and can't tell the difference.
