      A whole week later, no parts…
      A whole week now after paying for next day delivery. I still haven’t received my order, according to DPD tracking they’ve not received it either. Customer waiting on dishwasher being fixed whilst I’m left looking like a mug. All I want now is a refund yet there is absolutely no way of easily getting in contact with customer services. Not like they’ve been proactive either to say why it hasn’t been dispatched either.

      Fantastic customer service!
      I placed an order and checked with Espares.co.uk that the item was compatible with my whitegoods item. I was assured that it was compatible and ordered said item for next day delivery. On receiving said item I could see straightaway that it was not compatible at all. I contacted Espares - the person with whom I communicated was very apologetic and offered me a full refund immediately, including the postage for which I had paid, telling me that there was no need to return the incorrect item. I obviously cannot use the incorrect item, but this is fantastic customer service. I will definitely shop with Espares in the future, and recommend Espares as a company that one can trust!

      Tumble drier bearing and shaft replacement- fix worked very well
      Found that tumble drier belt had snapped as a result of the drum bearing and shaft wearing away. Watched the excellent espares video how to repair it, ordered the parts, arrived quickly and I got it working again, so very pleased with espares. Ordered a new seal too (thought would replace while drum was out), it didn't match the old one so left that and returned new one, very easy return service collected from my door and credit received, great service all round.

      Machine fixed, shame about delay in receiving part…
      Pros: Great video on Espares website showing exactly how to resolve my washing machine door lock issue, and was able to find the right part for my ancient machine and successfully fit it myself. Thank you for saving me a lot of money in not having to buy a new machine! Cons: I have deducted stars because despite paying for 2 day delivery it hadn’t arrived after 3 days. I had no tracking code to check where it was, and so I didn’t know Royal Mail had delivered it to the wrong address until my neighbour brought it round. So Espares - please make sure you give your customers a tracking number so they aren’t getting frustrated by being unable to find any method of quickly contacting customer services to find out what has happened.
