I didn’t expect to be able to make the repair so quickly. Ordered after business hours and delivered the day after, which was perfect for my schedule (I could have gone for the next day delivery option if needed). Item arrived, well packed and a perfect fit. I will definitely use eSpares again when the need arises!

Ordering process easy, but cancellation really difficult
The ordering process was so easy, but when I realised I had ordered the wrong size drawer I attempted to cancel the order before dispatch.
this didn't work and I couldn't talk to anybody, other than by e-mail and as a result the order was sent through and I had to return it immediately and lose the postage fee.
If I could have spoken to someone I'm sure cancelling the order would have been a lot easier for all.
