How do I get the cover off the push unit to replace the battery. Feeling a bit stupid I can’t figure it out! 1 Answer

The user manual advises using a flat headed screwdriver to prise the back cover off.

It is not advisable to mount the push button onto metal surfaces as the material can block wireless signals between the push button and the doorbell. However, if this is the only option then we recommend that you use the sticky pad provided as opposed to using the provided screws.

This is the door bell push only. you will need an Activlink alarm or a wireless bell box to work with this bell push.

This is the bell push only and uses 1 x CR2032 (3V) battery. It connects with either a wireless alarm kit like Stock Number: ES1750488 or suitable for one of the door bell kits shown here: http://www.espares.co.uk/search/ma6/home-and-office/doorbells/honeywell?ChildCategoryId=1923
