I fitted a new pump and motor afew weeks ago and dishwasher has been working fine, but in the last day or two it will not complete a program other then rinse & hold, on all other washing programs it stops with water in the dishwasher with the 3 programme push button indicator light flashing. I have not tested yet but the fault may be due to the water not heating up and therefore the wash cycle can not complete. Hope you know what the fault indicator relates too. Thanks for any help you can give.

Hi Kevly, For the Zanussi DW908 the part that you'll need can be found here: http://www.espares.co.uk/part/dishwashers/aeg/p/1083/143/0/0/509246/2800w-heating-element.html. I've never personally changed a heating element in a dishwasher so I can't really give you an honest opinion on how easy or hard they are to fit. Here is a guide to fitting: http://www.acmehowto.com/howto/appliance/dishwasher/repair/heatingelement.php
I notice the element is clip on in the dishwasher but the end bit seems to be permenantly fixed to the dishwaher. Does this pull out with a bit of force or do i have to unscrew from underneath? Model No. BDW53 - BENDIX
