Black & Silver Main Oven Control Knob

There is no need to put up with a broken or faulty oven control knob, so put away the pliers and get it replaced using this replacement. You could soon have your cooker looking and working like new in no time. Get back in control of the heat in your oven once again.

eSpares Top Tip: If the control knobs on your cooker have melted, it's a good idea to check that the oven door is properly sealed. If you've got a damaged door seal or hinge, heat may leak out from the oven, melting knobs and leaving your food unevenly cooked.

  • The knobs on my Prelude Stove have also melted but it's not due to badly fitted seals. It's due to bad design . The grill is to blame , it's not a good place to have it and of course when your using the grill the door is open . By patricia - Newcastle - 28 January 2015

It might be a good idea to check your door seal. Oven knobs that keep melting is a sure sign that hot air is escaping from the oven due to a damaged door seal. Check yours and make sure you replace it, this will definitely pro-long the life of your oven knobs. Good luck!
