We suggest you disconnect and examine the pump and replace if required.

Answer this question

Water is pouring out of the machine where a rubber tube joins the side port connector assembly. I tried putting the hose solution tube on and switched it to tools, water then poured from somewhere else. Is there a blockage somewhere or does a valve need replacing.

Hi there. The first thing to check is for any cracks or splits anywhere in any of the components the water flows through - obviously starting with the places from where the water is escaping. If there's no damage, it may well be the valve.

Answer this question

Hi Vax123, before going for a new pump I'd recommend checking to see if the supply pipe which goes from the tank to the nozzles has become blocked by a build up of old detergent - try cleaning it by putting warm water through it, when it's been disconnected of course! If this doesn't solve the problem, it could well be you'd need to replace the pump.
