      I have a kenwood tumble dryer model KVT1W-1123 547 15000 which is no longer heating up but what part do I need to change 1 Answer

      I have already purchased a capacitor from you and fitted that which worked brilliantly but do not know how to solve this issue

        Hi Sherry- if your tumble dryer isn't heating up it will be down to either the element or the thermostat. Take a quick glance at the Advice Centre article below. Although this refers to a Hotpoint tumble dryer the solution should be relatively the same across all makes and models

      I didn’t expect to be able to make the repair so quickly.       Ordering process easy, but cancellation really difficult
      The ordering process was so easy, but when I realised I had ordered the wrong size drawer I attempted to cancel the order before dispatch. this didn't work and I couldn't talk to anybody, other than by e-mail and as a result the order was sent through and I had to return it immediately and lose the postage fee. If I could have spoken to someone I'm sure cancelling the order would have been a lot easier for all.
