      is the anti vibration bush foam an extra to help with vibration, as i live in a wood type lodge and my indesit wd12 x uk viberates a lot on a spin 1 Answer

        Hi Clivey, this part isn't an extra - it's an integral part of all the models listed above. It fits between the pressure hose and the air trap. Unfortunately this part will not fit your model.

      Avoid this company
      I ordered a part for my fridge freezer, only found out that it was not in stock after I paid for it. On the confirmation they gave a date that it WILL be posted out by (21 days after it was ordered ). The date they gave came and went, I emailed to enquire about my order only for them to reply by sending me automated emails. This left me none the wiser for me waiting for my order to arrive. I started to get weekly automated emails, but if I ever responded to these it was obvious they were not bothering to read them as an automated email would be come back. During this time I received an email asking me to leave a review on my recent purchase. I decided that due to the lack of customer care and lack of personal communication it would be best to cancel this order, which I did, however it took just over a week for them to fully refund me. I have managed to re-order this item through another company and it is coming from France and is cheaper, and have been notified that this will be delivered in 2 days. l am not impressed and will not use this Company again and will certainly not recommend this Company to anyone, I would only advise them to avoid them. I feel this was a con of obtaining money from the customer and gaining interest, by them advertising an item that was never in stock in the first place.

      Excellent service and delivery. I ordered a replacement element for my oven which arrived as promised the next day. It turned out that the element was not the issue so I sent back for a refund. The refund process was seamless and I have now received my money back. I have used a few times before and would definitely recommend.

      Couldn’t have had a worst experience…
      Couldn’t have had a worst experience with this company. Ordered item which showed in stock to then receive my order confirmation advising they expect to deliver 7 days later. When chased up I’m told my order has been cancelled and then not cancelled to then receive email confirmation this morning of cancellation and a refund. Would steer clear of this company as no phone number to speak to anybody at the company and the email responses aren’t accurate.
