BRO031 40cm (16") 55 Drive Link Chainsaw Bar
We have this replacement chainsaw bar which is laminated to help keep the weight down and with a small nose radius to reduce the risk of kickback, it will supply you with great cutting control.
It’s very easy to damage the bar while using near tree's which is why this bar has an epoxy coating that protects against scratches and corrosion.
Once fitted you will be ready to use with no worries!
Please note: the gauge of the chain and the gauge of the bar must match.

The model is a Mculloch 540e with the chain adjustment on the bar, now no longer available. The bar is broken so I need a alternative fitting. Any suggestions.

We do not have any information on this but if you can fit it securely onto the motor assembly, then it should be suitable but do not use unless fitted exactly like the original as chainsaws are very dangerous tools. I have a McCulloch Mac 5 evolution chainsaw model 540e with an 18" bar. Your web site only sells a 16" bar.

Hi Rawc Unfortunately we do not stock 18 inch bars for the McCulloch Mac 5 Evolution chainsaw, and this one, as you say, is only 16 inches. We will look to our suppliers and aim to stock a 16 inch chainsaw bar in the future. We hope your search for a bar was successful though!
