It was working perfectly well and then when I tried to open it after a wash (the next morning), the door wouldn't open. So now my washing is also stuck inside the machine...

Hi Ailoo, there are three WG1033T models - the WG1033TG, the WG1033TGT and the WG1033TPG. Each have different door components. Please advise which your model is and I'll point you in the right direction.
