My SC5.800C steam cleaner has steam coming from the boiler cap. Not lost pressure through utensils. It looks as though the washer on boiler cap outlet is worn.

Is the gasket what I need to get a good seal again

    Chris at eSpares says...

Spilt fill water around the cap may steam as it boils away. If it is leaking from around the cap it can be a faulty cap/seal or damage to the tank at the fill pipe.
