heating element or thermostats
i own an indesit is70c condensed tumbledryer, it has just stopped heating the air up in dryer, is this model bad for heating elements renowned for failing or is it more likely to be thermostats,?????????
Answer this Question (2 Answers)
- Most likely themostat or cutout.Check if fluff filter has been cleaned after every drying cycle if not machine will cut in/out until failure of the themostat/cut out occurs. Easier & cheaper to start by changing the thermostat kit. See post "Dryer runs but fails to heat"

Hi Budgies20, this model isn't notorious for any particularly dodgy parts - it will be just general wear and tear or plain bad luck that's caused this problem. Check this page out for help: http://www.espares.co.uk/advice/tumble-dryers/a/9/117/common-tumble-dryer-faults.html
