Fitted these to my Mums Beko WMC61S Washing Machine. It works great but makes a whirring sound. Do the brushes take a while to bed in? Can these be fitted in the wrong order? I couldn't see any difference between the 2 bushes which came out. 1 Answer

The brushes can be fitted incorrectly, you need to make sure the pips on the underside of the brush fits in the exact place on the motor as the original and the brush usually fits on an angle to the motor.
Hi, looked in Candy spares, but nothing similar to my brushes. As the motor is a Hoover 91212324, thought I'd check Hoover spares. These look almost identical to mine (barring very slight changes in the plastic moulding) Overall shape and mounting lugs look the same, so as long as the dimensions match I think they'd fit ok. Mounting holes 24mm between centres Holes 30mm from back edge of plastic body. Body overall length 50mm Worn brush protrudes max 10mm from body
