Hi, bought extra belts several years ago and still have a spare. However, can't find manual and can't figure out how to open the bottom of the upright vacuum to get to the belts. Any help would be helpful. Electrolux Cyclone Power Plus - Model is Z4684 and you don't seem to have a manual for this model. Thanks in advance, sy

  • I used the ZE090 belt for my Electrolux (not sure of the model number but it is green colour and has a circular handle at the top) There are 3/4 screws on the top side NOT at the bottom. If you see them try to open those. The top lifts off easily. The belt was exceptional tight. I had to stretch it a lot to fit. By malkit - Swindon - 27 April 2010
  • Not sure if this helps. Stand the machine up as normal. Are there holes in the top of the part that houses the brush and belt. May be filled with dirt or fluff. If there are then it is likely that one each side will have a screw in that holds the top to the machine. removal will give access to the belt and brush. By Dog9Bark - Surrey - 14 April 2010
  • There should only be the top cover above the brushes and there is two Philips screws that hold it in place, one on the right and one on the left looking at the vac from the front. Remove the screws and the top cover should lift away lifting from the front first, the belt is then accesible. By ajf137 - Solihull - 26 August 2009
