MY DRYER SHOWS F07 FAULT WHICH IS PCB OR HEATER FAULT IF I BRIDGE OUT BOTH THERMASTATS BUT F07 REMAINS ON THE DISPLAY DOES THAT CONFIRM THE PROBLEM IS WITH THE PCB

THIS INDICATES A HEATER OR PRINTED CIRCUIT BOARD DO THE TWO THERMOSTATS ON THE HEATER BE OPEN OR CLOSED DURING OPERATION. ONE OF MINE SEEMS TO BE OPEN WHILST ONE IS CLOSED

    We believe that error code F07 does refer to board or heater circuit fault, test the heater with a multimeter before suspecting the board.

The picture shows the element and two thermostats. Is this just a library picture or are the two thermostats included with the heating element?
