If no screws are visible the element is likely to be fixed from inside the back with bolts that are fixed to the element.

Answer this question

I am unsure how to replace the element in my oven; I have followed the instructions on your useful video, but unfortunately, the element appears to be screwed in from the back on my oven! I would like to remove the oven from it's housing, but cannot work out how to do this. Are you able to offer any assistance please?! If you are able to, I will re-order the element from you. Kind regards, Mrs Hawkes

    Hi,

In some cases the Element and other parts can only be replaced by removing the Oven from its housing. This can be particularly relevant in "Built-in" cookers. Please either refer to your manual or give the manufacturers a call to ensure it is done both correctly and safely.

    Thanks.
