I need to replace both filters, and have looked at the video. I am guessing that I don't have to move the metal arm at bottom left until after I have replaced the (new) filter, as per video? I have tried pulling the filter tube out from the bottom as shown but it seems well lodged. What to do?

  • It can get a bit stuck. You only need to lift the metal lever to put the new one in. As per the other answer, try a screwdriver to carefully lever out. Once out give the area a bit of a clean and it should run easier then. By gp67 - kent - 27 February 2015
  • Put a screwdriver through the loop at the bottom and use as a handle. Hold both sides and ease the filter out. By Anonymous - nn14 - 26 October 2014
