Earlier reviews have mentioned a tip in your fitting video of using a 13mm ring spanner.......what specifically is the tip because I can't find any video reference to this 1 Answer

The damper fixing 'pegs' have a small plastic barb that helps prevent the peg from comming out. A 13mm ring spanner when pushed onto the peg end is the right diameter to push the barb in and allow the peg to be removed easier.
it dosent make the niose on a 400 spin.so do you think this would be the right part im looking for ?iv tryed turning the drum by hand and it dosent make any niose so i thought it wouldnt be the bearings im i right?and could i do this my self ?im good at fixing things(cars)
- Definately sounds like dampers to me.I had the same problem, fitted new dampers, now super smooth. A bit fiddly to fit but if you can fix cars you should have no problem.

This part is located by the drum of the appliance.
this machine is leaking water probably through the back vent hole, the machine is making spring tension noise when running any help to repair this is welcome
