      ref/ model er7926/1B fridge. freezer 1 Answer

      fridge is working ok but freezer is not freezing. could it be the freezer thermastat ? it has been making a clonking noise when cutting out down to tempriture. any iders. thanks. C. MATTHEWS

      I didn’t expect to be able to make the repair so quickly. Ordered after business hours and delivered the day after, which was perfect for my schedule (I could have gone for the next day delivery option if needed).       Ordering process easy, but cancellation really difficult
      The ordering process was so easy, but when I realised I had ordered the wrong size drawer I attempted to cancel the order before dispatch. this didn't work and I couldn't talk to anybody, other than by e-mail and as a result the order was sent through and I had to return it immediately and lose the postage fee. If I could have spoken to someone I'm sure cancelling the order would have been a lot easier for all.
