Does the door have 2 rope pulleys, one on either side or just one. Don't know how many to order. 2 Answers
- Yes left and right and will need spring kit as well as new rope is modified

We believe that there are usually 2 rope pulleys.
- I only purchased 1 rope to replace the broken one that dropped out of the unit. Although the attached video is not focused on replacing the rope it does show you how to get to the rope, mostly. Hopefully, it will be obvious how to disconnect and unthread the existing rope and put the new one into the pully. Yes, the rope is connected to a spring under neither the unit. Will also find out if my model has one or 2 role and pully systems.

The pack contains one single rope.
Does the door rope have the plastic part that wraps around the end of the spring? The images show the hinge end finished with a plastic part that looks like it clips into the plastic on the end of the spring which on my machine is also cracked. 1 Answer
