The water is not getting hot so I assume the heat pump is defective. Do you know what to expect when checking continuity of the heater part of this unit with a multimeter as i assume its different from the through heater elements? Thanks 1 Answer

The manufacturer in this case has designed the machine to have the 'tank' lifted of the base for access. This is a job that many experienced engineers are not keen to tackle and certainly not recommended unless you are a very competent repairer.
