      Bosch Exxcel tumble dryer has lost power 1 Answer

      Tumble dryer has stopped working, no lights on front and no power to machine. Fused supply working fine and power is going to machine.

      Avoid this company
      I ordered a part for my fridge freezer, only found out that it was not in stock after I paid for it. On the confirmation they gave a date that it WILL be posted out by (21 days after it was ordered ). The date they gave came and went, I emailed to enquire about my order only for them to reply by sending me automated emails. This left me none the wiser for me waiting for my order to arrive. I started to get weekly automated emails, but if I ever responded to these it was obvious they were not bothering to read them as an automated email would be come back. During this time I received an email asking me to leave a review on my recent purchase. I decided that due to the lack of customer care and lack of personal communication it would be best to cancel this order, which I did, however it took just over a week for them to fully refund me. I have managed to re-order this item through another company and it is coming from France and is cheaper, and have been notified that this will be delivered in 2 days. l am not impressed and will not use this Company again and will certainly not recommend this Company to anyone, I would only advise them to avoid them. I feel this was a con of obtaining money from the customer and gaining interest, by them advertising an item that was never in stock in the first place.
