      Ordering process easy, but cancellation really difficult
      The ordering process was so easy, but when I realised I had ordered the wrong size drawer I attempted to cancel the order before dispatch. this didn't work and I couldn't talk to anybody, other than by e-mail and as a result the order was sent through and I had to return it immediately and lose the postage fee. If I could have spoken to someone I'm sure cancelling the order would have been a lot easier for all.
