The temperature reading on the outside display is not what is happening inside my fridge. Apart from ice build up the food is not keeping as it should. Freezer defrosts sometimes but behaves itself after turning off and on but this does not cure the problem for long

Test the defrost timer and element to determine what has failed as they are the most likely.
My Samsung rl38scps is not keeping the fridge cold but the freezer is fine.i switched it off for 24 hours and it worked ok for a few days then the same problem happened.what do you think needs replacing 1 Answer

If the freezer evaporator behind the cover is blocked with ice it will not allow cold air to be transferred to the fridge. Check for a defrost problem and see our advice centre for further information.
I have changed heating element on fridge drain but still freezes up and stops fan working

There are a couple of modifications to prevent this which include replacing the cover Stock Number: ES1538407 and adding ES1406833
In my freezer ice are accumulate on door & top self, is it suitable to replace Temp sensor? 1 Answer
Can you advise me if fridge is not cooling properly, but freezer is working fine.(Only problem frost). Which part to be replace?
