Before getting to deep check the main element has not blown causing the 'power cut'. For information on your repair see our video: How to diagnose problems with your oven http://www.espares.co.uk/advice/1/2145
The cooker is a Whirlpool AKP203/WH fitted with this Temp Limiter. When set the cooker heats up but once at temperature, it blows the house fuse and switches off. Is the Temp Limiter at fault.? 1 Answer

The fault is likely to be due to the element but may not be able to prove without replacement.
Whirlpool AKP/01/1X (8577206115510). The temperature is far to high, red light says not yet reached temperature setting. Is it the thermostat that’s gone? If so is it the same as the one for the AKP206/IX (857720615501) as I cannot find our model. 1 Answer

Chris at eSpares says...
The problem is most likely to be one of the heating elements that is breaking down when hot. I would replace the fan element first, The grille second and the lower element (if fitted) last.
