Answer this question

I have had this part replaced twice on my SAMSUNG fridge (by engineers appointed by SAMSUNG) but the problem has reappeared. 1. Is this the right part? 2. Should I be replacing something else too? 3. The water reservoir at the bottom of the fridge is full of ice - will this replacement help prevent this from happening again? 4. Does it come with instructions?
