how can you test the capacitor on dryer to check if need new one or not?

Beko Tumble dryer is making a humming noise but the drum isn't turning. Drum is very stiff to turn but I think it was like that originally? 1 Answer

A common problem with some Beko machines is the front drum seal lifts and sticks the drum to the surround seizing the drum. Check for this and replace the seal if required.
Hearing a low hum on start and the drum turns normally if I help to start moving when the top is off. Proving the motor is fine - is it likely the capacitor is gone? 1 Answer

Yes the capacitor is likely to be the problem.
stops drying...drier signal comes on and message is given as 'water tank full' above...but the tank is in fact empty
