Hope you can help. I have a new DeLonghi ECO310.BK, serial 31121. Upon filling, water drains from the tank through a small hole in the base of the machine. I'm wondering if there's a bung or something missing. Repeated requests to DeLonghi UK are so far being ignored. Help! Regards Ray Robson
