Paid for next day took 14 days
Paid for next day, DPD did not deliver! Customer service reordered for next day, dpd did not receive the package, with the poor response time via your email contact and the no hope of getting in live chat it took you 14 days to deliver what I ordered, this is not Customer Service

Admin frustrations
Product ordered without difficulty and arrived as described and quickly. However I bought on behalf of my employer so required a VAT invoice. Espares don't automatically provide one and theres no way of easily obtaining one from their website. They don't publish a telephone number either so was forced to email them. Their auto response was that my query may take 72 hrs to resolve!! it actually took 48, but still not good enough for something so simple. Would be wary of using them again just for this reason. Screwfix do this stuff really well, so why don't espares?

I have bought 3 things off
I have bought 3 things off, of espares recently and I would definitely buy off of them again.
I bought a dishwasher lower basket, a freezer middle draw and a fridge door bottle shelf.
All was delivered in a couple of days of ordering, and well packed so would not get damage in post etc.
