I've pressed the reset which beeped, but still not making ice, so I'm assuming the unit now needs replacing. The water filter was overdue replacement, could there still be a blockage somewhere or is it now down to replacing the unit?

If you hold the reset the tray should go through a dispense cycle turning over. If this does not occur it is likely a dispenser motor problem. The motor should unclip then unplug and lift out.

There should be a small button marked test on the motor unit on this icemaker. Press for 5 seconds and the motor should cycle the dispenser and refill with water. If it does not refill check the water supply is not frozen or blocked. If it does not cycle it is probably due to a damaged gear in this assembly.
