Our oven is a 20 year old,Neff,1031-1D.Today,the igniters on two of the rings are flicking constantly.I can't manage to stop this happening and,if my hand touches the main body work of the appliance,I receive a slight ,electric shock. Any ideas to repair? 1 Answer

Check the appliance is correctly earthed and clean or replace the ignition electrodes if required.
our burners flick intermittently when not being used. One burner takes a long time to ignite. They all work well when lit manually. Is this the correct part to ensure lighting all 4 burners on the hob? 1 Answer

Try swapping the electrodes first on the ring that is difficult lighting as it is likely to be the problem.
