Does the motor have 2 or 4 spade connections on the bottom?

It has two but check that two of your connectors are not piggy backed together.
Is this item the fan, motor and the mounting bracket as pictured? The reason I ask is because just the motor on its own costs more than this on this site, which doesn't really make sense.
