My fryer knocks off when it reaches 140 degrees approx. Will a new thermostat fix this problem 1 Answer
When it reaches about 140 degrees it trips out. It knocks off all power. When the element is cold again I can reset it and then it's heats again and knocks off again. Thanks

If to reset the fryer you turn the thermostat knob and it comes on this thermostat is likely to be faulty.
