Washing Machine Drum Paddle

If your washing machine could do with a brand new drum lifter to get your clothes as clean as can be, once more, then why not take a closer look at this spare part here. With this replacement you can ensure your clothes will be circulated inside your drum, to get the best performance out of your washing machine.

Genuine spare part for select models of Hoover, Candy and Zerowatt washing machines.

Please check the suitable model fit list to ensure that this is the correct part for your appliance.

You may need a Torx screwdriver to fit this part. On some models the paddle is fixed with an additional stainless steel screw you can access by removing the sump hose. Use 'Blue-tac' to hold the screw on the end of the screwdriver as it is not magnetic.

Do I need to take the drum out to fit this part or does it simply click in to place? Please advise Thanks

  • On my Hoover HNL-6166 there is a screw holding the paddle to the drum. You can gain access to the screw by removing the drain pipe and revolving the drum to line up with the hole. You need an Allen key and it's quite fiddly but it can be done By Harrytherag - Bristol - 17 September 2009

Hi Honeyfox Drum paddles are easily replaceable and just click on. The drum can rest happily in place whilst you do this!

Bought a paddle for Hoover hnf6167 from you this week, opened base of machine but can see no way of getting to drum as it looks like it is encased in hard plastic shroud which is bolted together. When I spin the drum the only indication I have that itis turning is the belt at the rear going around the pulleys.HELP! Many thanks
