      No phone number - avoid
      Ordered a part - site said I could track my parcel. I couldn't. No phone number - woeful idea. Contact page - email only - response in 48 to 72 hours. Rubbish. No response from the MD Parcel arrived but no response to my queries.

      Scam company
      Company initially advised me to buy the incorrect glass. This was right on top of Christmas so had been left all Christmas and new year with no oven, i have a toddler so was an absolute nightmare. They have now arranged a collection and offered me 10% off the correct glass i need. Even though they told me to buy the wrong glass, what do i want with a peice of glass that isnt compatible with my oven. Im a single mum and dont have the funds to buy again especially since it was their error. I would advoid this company at all costs seems like a scam
