My dishwasher is not filling with water. I have tested the inlet valve and that works. It has been suggested to replace the counter PCB. Before I do this is there away to test if this part is at fault or other tests I can perform?

You can't test a PCB, you need to eliminate all other possibilities before suspecting the board.

This part is usually fitted on the pipe from the inlet valve and measures the volume of water the machine fills with.
