If it doesn't pop out as in this demonstration than are you should simply be able to unscrew the old one and replace.
- the video shows a different paddle to this one and is no help in demonstrating how to remove it. Please advise further.Thanks

Hi Mrtwonk, you simply unscrew the existing one from the drum in the washing machine, and replace. Easy!
