I have bought a brand new oven, hob and hood (Prima) and i cannot believe they do not include the grill pan handle when bought new !! Surely this breaches Health and Safety. How do i remove the grill pan without burning myself - the handle is part of the grill surely. Unfortunately, we are finding it extremely difficult to contact anyone who can deal with my problem. Can you advise or provide me with a telephone number for the Sales Dept of this product. Thank you.
