Hi, I bought a left and right door hinge from you less than a year ago. When I fitted them the NEFF oven door closed snugly. It is now not closing properly leaving a gap at the top of the door of 1 cm. I tried refitting the hinges but the same gap is there. Do I need new hinges?? It's very expensive if this occurs in less than a year. Thanks, Brian.

Check the door seal for any signs of damage as it is unusual for the hinges to go this quickly.

I have bought 2x Hinges as per above (Neff Oven). Do I need to release the 'safety catch' first before I replace the hinges or afterwards? 1 Answer
Need to replace the left and right hinges, but not entirely sure whether I need to release the 'safety catch' first or after I have bolted/screwed back in position? PS: the 'safety catch' seems to be locked under the main body of the hinges??!!

At the start of the video it shows these clips locking in place before closing and removing the door. Refit in the locked position and as you open the door the pressure on the lock is removed allowing you to return the clips to the open position.
