The top basket washes perfectly, the bottom one hardly at all. The spray arm is fine and not blocked. I noticed on the fixing kit (which is also in good condition) that there is no rubber seal anywhere on it. Therefore when its all screwed into place, the arm can actually lift up in its fixing a few millimetres. I therefore assumed this is causing a leak of water and hence the loss of cleaning on the lower basket. But I looked at the fixing kit pictures and there is no seal on new ones either. Please can you advise? Thanks
