I have replaced the cut in thermostat but has made no difference cooling fan still runs constant have you any suggestions please.

    The problem may be the oven selector switch. Examine the switch and confirm that all the contacts can move as you rotate the knob as you may find one set of contacts that has 'welded' together and are not opening.

    We do not have the component specification but as a general rule these fans start running if the heat has increased above 40C in the case of the appliance.

I have replaced the top oven thermostat and I still have no control over the heat from the grill.

    The top oven thermostat our part Stock Number: ES657955 is the most likely cause for excess heat in this oven.

the oven and grill are fine. you can't control the hob rings temperature wise?

    This is not the control for the rings. Its job is to turn on and off the cooling fan for the control panel.
